Description Hanjogag is a constantly moving, haphazard array of scavenger stalls home to some of the most vicious bidding wars and negotiations known to Jisang. Stalls are constantly shifting depending on which elevator shafts are being used and where police patrols have been spotted. It’s cramped, dirty and very very loud. It’s highly illegal (all the best things are), given that scavenging in the condemned levels is strictly forbidden, but as long as enough people save the really juicy merchandise for their rich patrons, no one gets into any trouble. The upper class are just as relient on the bits and bobbles the scavengers bring back as everyone else. Currency has no real meaning here, the only way to get something is to trade for it, either with something else interesting or in services. They sell everything from scraps of fabric, faded books, chunks of metal, and computer parts. You can find everything and anything, there’s no such thing as broken or useless in Jisang. Someone will find a use for it.
